Delivery
Super Duper Parties will dispatch your ordered goods within 24 hours of receipt of your payment (please allow 3 working days clearance for cheque payment). On despatch of your goods we will send you an e-mail to advise of your delivery confirmation.  For customers resident on UK Outer Hebrides Islands and Channel Islands please add a further 2 to 3 days to our options below. As a customer you have the choice of the following postage and packing options during the ‘checkout process’ which are based on packages weighing up to 2kg; should your order exceed this then we will contact you to advise of delivery charge (for the avoidance of doubt working days are determined as Monday to Friday, excluding public/bank holidays)

Standard UK Delivery - £3.50
Order despatched next working day to arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

Express UK Delivery - £4.80
Orders received by 1pm will be despatched the same working day to arrive within 2 days.

Next Day Delivery - £6.99
Orders received by 1pm will be despatched the same working day to arrive the next working day.

Europe - £9.95

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery

Collections
If you live locally and would prefer to collect your order thus eliminating your delivery charge please select this option on your order and indicate a preferable date/time in the comments box – we will contact you to confirm this.

Returns
We would like you to be satisfied with the goods that you purchase from us. If for some unfortunate reason you find you are dissatisfied with any of our products please return them in their original packaging enclosing a note giving your details, customer order number, and your request of replacement goods or refund.
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted providing item(s) are returned unused (with any seals and packaging intact) and in a re-saleable condition. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Returns should be posted back to us at the following address: (we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage).
