Super Duper Parties incorporating superduperparties.co.uk reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time should the Company’s postion change in relation to the sale and supply of goods to you our customer.

Purchasing from us
Our website has been designed with ease of use for our customers. Firstly create an account with us to speed you through the shopping process - just click on 'Get an Account' on the front page of our website. Then to make a purchase just select the items you wish to purchase and click the add to cart at the bottom of each page. You can review or edit your selection within your shopping cart prior to the checkout stage. Once you are satisfied with the input of your order just click on the ‘Checkout ‘ button to enter your delivery address, postage option and payment details to enable us to receive and process your order. On receipt of payment for your order a contract between the customer and Super Duper Parties is entered into – an order acknowledgement is sent to the customer to acknowledge this.

Payment methods
Online credit/debit cards as detailed on our website.
Cheques drawn on a UK bank.

All our credit/debit card transactions are processed by Secure Trading, the Uk’s Leading Internet Payment Trading Provider. Your payment details are hosted on their secure server which is indicated by the padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen. On entering your payment details on our Website they are automatically encrypted to our Company and are sent to Secure Trading who then process the financial transaction on our behalf. Super Duper Parties do not see or have access to any of your online card payment details.

Where other ordering options are used as outlined in ‘Online Ordering’ any credit or debit card details that you disclose to us are entered on the Virtual Terminal and sent automatically to Secure Trading for processing.

Pricing
Prices are in UK Sterling and are as indicated on our website http://www.superduperparties.co.uk. In addition to these prices the customer has a range of delivery options to choose from as outlined in our delivery terms.

All orders received will be honoured at the prices at the time of ordering and as indicated on your order acknowledgement.

Super Duper Parties reserve the right to amend their website prices as and when appropriate.

Availability
All our products displayed on our website are held in stock. Should any product be running low on stock i.e for reasons of being discontinued etc we will indicate this level of stock by displaying STOCK AVAIL: (with the number of stock left) - we feel this is only fair to our customers. In the unlikely event of a product being unavailable Super Duper Parties will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone to advise of a suitable replacement/restock delivery date.

Delivery

Super Duper Parties aim to dispatch your ordered goods within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. On despatch of your goods we will send you an e-mail to advise of this delivery confirmation. A range of delivery options are available on our website for customers to select from and are priced accordingly.

Returns

We would like you to be satisfied with the goods that you purchase from us. If for some unfortunate reason you find you are dissatisfied with any of our products please return them in their original packaging enclosing a note giving your details, customer order number, and your request of replacement goods or refund.
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted providing item(s) are returned unused (with any seals and packaging intact) and in a re-saleable condition. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
