Online Ordering
Our online ordering facility is secure and easy to use. To place your order please follow the instructions below which will guide you through the ordering stages. For advice regarding the security of your payment please click on the security link on our website.

Step 1 - Open a customer account with us - under the 'Welcome to our Online Store' click on the 'Get an account' and complete the details.  This will allow you to shop faster with us.

Step 2 – Choose your Party Theme
To the left of your screen click on the category that you would like to order i.e children’s parties then click on the product plate which you are interested in. This will give you the full product range.

Step 3 – Choose your products
Scroll down to look at the full range of products available to you. To order select the required quantity in the boxes alongside each product and then click on the ‘Add to Cart’ displayed at the bottom of each page.

Quantities: Where a product indicates that there is a ‘pack of …’ – please order the quantity as the number of packs required. Where there is no indication of ‘pack of …’ these items are sold in singles.

Step 4 – Completing your order
Having chosen your selection of products and added them to your cart you can review and edit your choices/quantities before proceeding to the checkout. Once you are satisfied with the input of your order you should click on the ‘Checkout’ button to enter your postage option, delivery address and payment details to enable us to receive and process your order.

Our Secure online credit card payment option which is managed and hosted on the server of Secure Trading (the UK’s leading independent Internet Payment Trading Provider) provides our customers with peace of mind of secure internet trading. The secure server environment is advertised by the display of the padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen. All payment details that you enter on our Website are encrypted – Super Duper Parties are not able to see your credit card details. Secure Trading provide us with confirmation that your payment has been processed by them but they do not disclose any of your credit/debit card details to our Company or to third parties.

Ordering by Telephone
We can be contacted Monday to Friday (exc public/bank hol) between the hours of 09.30am to 5.00pm on 0845 643 2845. Outside of these hours please leave a message stating your contact tel no and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Please forward details of your order to the above email address. Please do not include your card payment details as this facility does not guarantee the security of your details. Therefore please include a contact landline telephone number where you can be contacted on for details of your card payment.

Order Confirmation
On receipt of an order we will send the order confirmation to you by email. On receipt of payment for your order a contract between the customer and Super Duper Parties is entered in to – please note if paying by cheque we require cheques to be cleared before despatching your goods.
